Whether it's getting runner and model Christy Turlington Burns to demonstrate to talk it up on stage or giving us a glimpse into the health and fitness testing lab , the Apple Watch is a wearable aiming to banish the need for keeping a separate activity tracker or sports watch around your wrist.

That said, if you've considered a fitness tracker but aren't all that excited by their many advanced capabilities, nor their lack of style, then Activité Pop might be ideal for you—and thinking of this device as a watch first may be the secret to your satisfaction with it.

Design and Specs
The Withings Activité Pop is an analog wristwatch with two dials. The outer dial tells the time, while the small inner dial goes from 0 to 100 to show your real-time progress toward an activity goal that you set for yourself, such as take 10,000 steps in a day. Even without a detailed display to show the steps you take, distance you travel, and other fitness information, the Activité Pop transmits the data it does collect to a mobile app, where you can view and correlate them with information from other Withings devices.

At launch, the $150 watch is available in azure, shark gray, and wild sand, with Withings promising more colors soon. A limited run of watches were sold in January, and more will be available in March 2015.
